July 2015: Sara Rimaoui is an SAP Consultant with a Master’s in Finance who decided to take a sabbatical year to discover life outside of her home country after graduation. She spent a couple months discovering some of her favorite European countries then spent 6 months on a road trip around the United States. Easy to guess some of her hobbies: travel and adventure.

August 2016: Sara was back in her beloved Morocco to start working at TE Connectivity-Automotive industry as a Customer Associate. Her job was to be the interface between her company and the harness makers and making sure to respect their production plannings by managing all the supply chain from order entry to order delivery – going through production, warehousing and transportation. What she also loved in her experience within TE, is that she was head of communication for the Young Professionals initiative within the company for Community Involvement in North Africa and Europe. Another hint about one of her hobbies: Volunteering.

December 2019: Sara started a job as Information system engineer at Decathlon France – the largest sporting goods retailer in the world. She was part of a new SAP project team working on a new solution that improves the calculations of purchase forecasts while controlling more effectively the stock levels. This new solution was destined for the Material Planners. Her mission was to work 50% as Material Planner/Brand manager and 50% as an IT support.

October 2021: She got engaged and decided to build a life with her fiancé in Jacksonville, Florida. While she waited for her work authorization, she enrolled in an online course by Harvard university for Leaders of learning to keep her brain busy, because learning is another hobby of hers.

June 2022: Sara had my first interview with SimpleFi, and while we were talking about the company core values and ethics, she had a great feeling that she belonged at SimpleFi and is very happy to join the SimpleFi family,
