SimpleFi will share your information submitted with SAP but not with any other third party without your express written consent.  SimpleFi may retain information submitted indefinitely.  In the event of a data breach, SimpleFi will not be held responsible for lost or stolen data unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 

Terms and conditions

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or distribute the Intellectual Property of SimpleFi in any way without SimpleFi’s prior written permission. You will be held fully liable for lost revenue if you or your associates are utilizing SimpleFi’s content without proper licensing or express written consent on SimpleFi leader head signed by Office of the Company.
