AI-accelerated delivery
Every EPM process we have delivered is written down as a packaged application. Our experience, turned into best practice, instead of living in the heads of the people who happened to do that project. Project Worker Bee builds those applications, so your project starts from them and the effort goes into the part that is actually yours. This is the fourth place AI has to land, and it is the one you can check, because we ran it on ourselves before we sold it.
What is already built, and what is left for you
A conventional project starts from nothing and spends its early effort on the standard model: dimensions, hierarchies, the plumbing every implementation needs and no customer has ever considered a differentiator.
Two things remove most of that. Domain knowledge first, because we have built this process before and are not discovering it alongside you. That knowledge is not abstract: it is a shelf of pre-packaged solutions covering financial reporting, sales and margin planning, quota planning, and P&L and expense planning, each one already built and already running somewhere.
Then Project Worker Bee provisions the standard application. The project begins from something that already works, and the effort goes where it should have gone all along: into what your business actually does differently.
Standard first. Then made to fit.
It holds for the data work too
Migration agents for what you are leaving behind
Most of this work starts in a system somebody built a decade ago. Migration agents read the legacy estate and rebuild it on the modern stack: BW, BPC and the other tools that have been carrying your planning and consolidation for years. The agent does the inventory and the mechanical rebuild, which is a huge portion of the work and produces nothing anybody outside the project can see.
What is left is the interesting part, and the part that needs a human: deciding what should not come across at all. Every legacy model carries logic nobody has questioned since the person who wrote it left.
Nothing writes to production unreviewed
Worker Bee builds SAC models, and an approval step sits between what it builds and what reaches production. Speed that skips review is not speed, it is rework with a shorter fuse.
The question you should ask any partner
Have you done this to yourselves? We built Worker Bee because our own delivery was slower than it should have been, ran it internally, and only then put it in front of customers. Ask us how much time it actually saved, and ask the same of anyone else pitching you AI delivery.
